Centrifugal roof fans with horizontal air exhaust

APPLICATION

• Used for exhaust ventilation of rooms for various purposes.
• Used for installation on the roofs of buildings.
• Suitable for roofs of any type, as well as vertical ventilation shafts.

CONSTRUCTION

• The fan housing is made of steel with a polymer coating (VENTS VKH), aluminum (VENTS VKHA), galvanized steel (VENTS VKHz).

MOTOR

• Two-, four-, or six-pole asynchronous motors in single– or three-phase versions with an external rotor and a centrifugal impeller with backward-curved blades.
• The motor is equipped with built-in thermal protection with automatic restart.
• The use of rolling bearings in the motor ensures a long service life.
• For accurate characteristics, low noise level, and safe operation of the fan, each turbine undergoes dynamic balancing during assembly.

SPEED CONTROL

• Smooth speed adjustment using a thyristor controller or stepwise – using an auto transformer speed controller.
• Several fans can be connected to one control device, provided that the total power and operating current do not exceed the nominal parameters of the controller.

MOUNTING

• The fan is installed on the roof directly above the ventilation channel or shaft.
• Rigid attachment to a stationary smooth surface is done using a connecting plate.
• When installing fans directly on the roof with a smooth surface, a base must be provided to prevent water and snow from entering the ventilation shaft’s exhaust opening.
