HUMON – evaporative humidifier for ventilation systems

HUMON is an adiabatic humidifier designed to humidify air through ventilation ducts in small and medium-sized rooms, such as houses, apartments and offices.

Main purpose

Humidifier HUMON provides constant humidification of the air passing through the ventilation system, maintaining the specified parameters. The air is humidified as it passes through the evaporative material, making it wetter and slightly cooler.

Easy to install and operate

The device is installed in the supply air duct of the ventilation system inside the building. Installation will require electrical power, connection to a water source and drainage.

HUMON works fully automatically – it turns on when the outside air humidity drops below a certain level and the air temperature in front of the humidifier exceeds 14°C.

For stable operation, the device must be in standby mode in order to begin the humidification process in a timely manner. It is compatible with any balanced ventilation system.

Automatic control

Turning the humidifier on and off depends on the outside temperature, which is monitored by a temperature sensor T3 installed in the duct. By default, the device is activated at an air temperature of 12°C, but this parameter can be adjusted depending on climatic conditions.

Effective hydration

The device can humidify air up to 75% relative humidity. The user can set the desired humidity level without exceeding the maximum value. The intensity of humidification depends on the temperature and humidity of the outside air, as well as on ventilation parameters. In some cases, the humidity in the supply air can be increased by an additional 30%.

Energy-saving air heating

If the supply air temperature is too low, the built-in PTC heater, which regulates power automatically. It helps use energy efficiently and maintain a comfortable temperature.

Performance and Security

Maximum humidifier performance HUMON — up to 3.2 kg of moisture per hour with a maximum air flow of 500 m³/h. The device is equipped with heating elements that automatically turn off when a critical temperature is reached to prevent overheating.

Water and air purification

The built-in water filter purifies water by removing bacteria, including legionella, with an efficiency of 99.9999%. The humidified air is additionally purified using a bipolar ionizer, which reduces the content of viruses and bacteria in the room.

Convenient control

Humidifier HUMON is equipped with a touch control panel that allows you to configure operating parameters: humidity, air temperature and conditions for turning on the device. The panel also displays current sensor readings and maintenance notifications.
