If you transport or turn the appliance upside down or on its side, wait at least 6 hours (24h is recommended) before turning the appliance on. Auto restart

If the appliance shuts off unexpectedly due to a power outage, it will restart with the previously set function automatically when the power resumes. The compressor will restart after four minutes.

Smart cool select modes

The appliance has three automated air conditioning modes (Auto, Silent and Sleep mode).

Auto mode

In Auto mode, the appliance automatically controls and adjusts the cooling performance in accordance to the desired (selected) temperature and the environmental conditions.

In this mode, the air exhaust hose must be used to let the hot air out.

Silent mode

In Silent mode, the appliances operates quietly at the lowest possible noise level, while automatically controls and adjusts the cooling performance in accordance to the desired (selected) temperature and the environmental conditions.

In this mode, the air exhaust hose must be used to let the hot air out.

Sleep mode

The Sleep mode will give you an undisturbed and comfortable sleep. The appliance operates quietly in a special sleep program and the lights of the control panel will be switched off 5 seconds after the mode is selected.

After the Sleep mode is activated, the desired (selected) temperature will increase by 1°C 60 minutes after the mode is selected, and by another 1°C after an additional 60 minutes. This new temperature will be automatically maintained for 6 hours before it returns to the originally selected temperature in Auto mode.

In this mode, the exhaust hose must be used to let the hot air out.

Standard modes

Air conditioning mode

This mode is ideal for hot and humid weather when the room needs to be cooled down.

In Air conditioning mode, the desired temperature and the fan speed can be selected.

The available air flows are:
– Minimum air flow: for silent operation.
– Medium air flow: for a good balance between noise and cooling performance
– Maximum air flow: for maximum cooling performance and fast cool down.

NB! The most suitable temperatures during the summer range from 24 to 27°C. It is recommended to set the desired indoor temperature no less than 6°C below the outdoor temperature. On particularly hot days the temperature difference can be increased, but should not exceed 10°C.

Dehumidification mode

This mode is ideal for reducing humidity in the room (spring and autumn, humid rooms, rainy periods, laundry drying, etc.).

The fan speed cannot be selected. The appliance will automatically select the best air flow.

Keep doors and windows closed to achieve the best dehumidifying effect.

NB! For dehumidification purposes, it is not required to use the exhaust hose to let the hot air out. However, if a cooling effect is also desired, it is recommended to attach the exhaust hose to let the hot air out.

This appliance is provided with an auto-evaporation feature for condensate removal during air conditioning and dehumidification mode.

Note: in case of high ambient humidity, it is possible to drain the condensate continuously by applying the hose supplied to the upper drainage hose (See manual).

Fan mode

The available air flows are:
– Minimum air flow: for silent operation.
– Medium air flow: for a good balance between noise and air flow.
– Maximum air flow: for maximum air flow.

Swing function

This function moves the air outlet flap on the top panel up and down to evenly distribute the air into the room. The function can be activated in each mode.

Note: in order to avoid damaging the internal mechanism, do not move the flap manually!

Timer function

The timer allows the delayed start-up or shut-down of the appliance.

Delayed start-up

While the appliance is in standby, delayed start up can be programmed.

Delayed shut-down

While the appliance is on in any operating mode, delayed shut down can be programmed.
