Functionality and comfort – a stylish combination
With its extensive comfort equipment, the elegant TTK 70 HEPA sets new standards in terms of operating comfort and user-friendliness. A hygrostat-controlled automatic dehumidification function with target value preselection of the desired humidity level (30 % to 80 %), digital air quality sensors for room air monitoring, four operating modes including a laundry drying function and an automatic mode as well as a two-stage adjustable fan and integrated HEPA air purification guarantee reliable dehumidification and cleaning of the room air.
In the automatic mode, the TTK 70 HEPA regulates the humidity automatically to an optimum humidity level. For unattended continuous operation, the dehumidifier, which is provided with a 6.5 litre water tank, features a reliable overflow protection that switches off the device automatically when the maximum fill level of the water tank is reached. The hose connection at the rear offers an even more enhanced dehumidification comfort to discharge the condensate conveniently via a hose that is already included in the scope of delivery. A practical feature is the front colour LED display which indicates the status of the room air quality in three colours (blue, green, red). The LED illuminated segment display keeps you informed about the current humidity with percent accuracy, the preset target humidity, the temperature and the remaining operating hours (with activated 24-hour timer) for time-controlled switch-off.
Seeing the room air with different eyes: Air quality sensors
We cannot tell from the room air whether it is too humid or contaminated with pathogens by simply looking at it. You might normally notice that mould spores or viruses are invisibly floating in the air when it is already too late.
The room dehumidifier TTK 70 HEPA perceives what is invisible to the human eye. Its digital humidity sensors continuously measure the room humidity level in order to regulate it fully automatically to the desired target range in automatic mode with an adapted air performance. The front colour LED display for the current room humidity is particularly convenient:
- Blue: Indicates that the humidity is too low/dry (below 50 %)
- Green: Indicates an optimum humidity level (between 50 to 70 %)
- Red: Indicates that the humidity is too high (above 70 %)
Gentle laundry drying with dehumidifiers
Apart from ambient air dehumidification, a dehumidifier can be conveniently used for drying laundry – either in an assisting way or as a full replacement for a conventional dryer. The laundry drying function (also referred to as clothes drying mode or SuperDry function) is comparable to traditional air drying outside.
Dehumidifiers offer the benefit of drying the laundry as gently as in the nature outside. Colours retain their brilliance and the life span of clothes is longer than with conventional dryers – and all this with a substantially lower power consumption.
Furthermore, even sensitive materials such as wool, silk or synthetic fibres can be dried without any problems. In contrast to pure air drying, the laundry feels much softer and more pleasant on your skin.
Laundry drying can also be performed with dehumidifiers without an additional laundry drying function. The target value of the air humidity must then be set in accordance with the desired residual humidity:

Auto restart function
In case of an unexpected switch-off due to a power interruption, the auto restart function (or “Memory function”) makes the device restart with the previously selected setting as soon as the power supply has been restored. This makes the dehumidifier also suitable for combined use with a timer.

24-hour timer: There are good reasons to switch the TTK 70 HEPA off after a preset number of hours. In the bedroom and in the children’s rooms, we recommend combined operation of dehumidification and purification to allow for a restful sleep. During the day, on the other hand, it is not necessary to keep the device running when you are out of the house. Similarly, dehumidification and purification of the air in the office or workplace are only necessary during working hours. For these and other applications, the TTK 70 HEPA is equipped with a programmable 24-hour timer. This allows you to preset the number of operating hours until automatic switch-off in increments of 1 hour.

The control panel of the TTK 70 HEPA is provided with a clear design and is easy to understand. The digital display shows you the current value of the relative humidity in the room, the preselected humidity value, the current room temperature and the set number of hours of the timer.
The easy-to-change HEPA filter removes up to 95 % of all airborne pollutants (e.g. bacteria, viruses, pollen, mould spores, particulate matter, allergens) from the room air. The easily removable air filter retains lint and animal hair and can be quickly and easily wiped or washed out.
The removable water tank has a storage capacity of 6.5 litres. The device stops automatically when the tank is full and indicates this via LED. In order to continuously drain the condensation water, a pipe can be connected on the rear of the device.
In the comfortable automatic mode, the TTK 70 HEPA regulates the humidity automatically to an optimum humidity level. In hygrostat-controlled automatic operation, the TTK 70 HEPA operates continuously until the set relative humidity reaches the range from 30 and 80 %, after which the compressor switches off automatically. When the target value is exceeded again, the device is automatically activated.
Use the practical timer function to switch the device on or off after a defined number of hours. The time can be programmed in increments of 1 hour (1 to 24 h). The use of the timer prevents unnecessary operating periods and allows you to adapt the dehumidification to your individual rhythm of life.
The TTK 70 HEPA may also be used as a room air laundry dryer to dry wet laundry in living spaces or utility rooms. In this way, you speed up the drying process of the clothes and prevent the humidity contained in the clothes from condensing in the room and from becoming a hotbed for mould.
