Heat-resistant duct exhaust fan VOK-T 150/⌀100mm, 240 m³/h

This category includes heat-resistant channel fans of VO-T, VOK-T, and VK series designed for installation on air ducts of ventilation, air conditioning and heating systems with the temperature of air flow up to +150°C. The spectrum of their use is vast. Generally speaking, these models will be useful anywhere where it is required to remove or, on the contrary, supply very hot air. (Small outdoors grills, heating equipment for premises like fireplaces and furnaces, hot workshops etc.). The fans are equipped with an in-built noiseless and hermetically sealed electric engine including two-capsule bearings produced by a Japanese company, NSK, which is guaranteed to work for 30000 hours without any flows if installed horizontally or vertically.

VOK models with mounting holes with the diameters of 100 mm, 120 mm, and 150 mm can be additionally equipped with the following:

– mounting bracket
– thermostat (temperature sensor) for the function of controlled start/stop of the fan inside heating installations (it is triggered at the temperature of +50°C ±3  and turned off if the temperature decreases to +35°C ±4)
– check valve preventing cold air and insects from entering the room if the fan is turned off

Important!

1. Installation and maintenance of the fan must be carried out by a qualified electrician in compliance with the attached wiring diagram.

2. The maximum temperature of the air that enters the fan should not exceed +150 ° C. It is necessary to take this into account when calculating the distance from the fan to the heat source.

3. It is highly not recommended to use a fan in the chimney pipe, since it is almost impossible to control the temperature regime.

Violation of these instructions leads to the failure of the fan and may lead to the manufacturer’s refusal of warranty obligations.
