Application:

The VENTS Stream series of duct fans in a special noise-insulated casing, which ensures silent operation of the fan with high aerodynamic characteristics. VENTS Stream fans combine the wide capabilities and high technical parameters of axial and centrifugal fans, providing a powerful air flow and high pressure. They are used in supply and exhaust ventilation systems of various commercial and industrial premises with increased requirements for noise levels (libraries, conference rooms, educational institutions, kindergartens, etc.).

Design:

The casing and impeller are made of durable plastic with perforations that direct sound waves to a layer of sound-absorbing material. Noise and heat insulation are made of 50 mm mineral wool, which reduces noise in a wide range of frequencies.

The conical shape of the impeller and profiled blades increase the air flow speed, increasing pressure and performance. The diffuser, impeller and straightener optimize the air flow to combine high performance and low noise. The casing is equipped with a sealed terminal box for power supply.

Electric Motor:

Single-phase, high-efficiency, three-speed motors with low energy consumption are used. Fan motors are equipped with thermal fuses to protect against overload. Rolling bearings ensure a long service life (approximately 40,000 hours of continuous operation). Motor protection class is IPX4.

Speed Control:

The three-speed motor of this model can be controlled using an external switch for multi-speed fans (purchased separately). For example: Speed ​​controller SMT-1-30-4C 

Mounting:

Fans can be installed at the beginning, in the middle or at the end of the air duct system. Installation at any angle relative to the fan axis is allowed. Several fans can be installed in parallel in one system to increase productivity or in series to increase the working pressure. The fan housing is equipped with mounting brackets for floor, wall or ceiling mounting.
