The powerful EC fan ensures electricity savings of up to 40% compared to AC motors. The integrated control electronics are installed inside the fan, so it is controlled by an inexpensive 0-10 V speed controller or MODBUS. Integrated motor protection against overheating, overloading, and locked rotors, ensuring smooth starts/stops. The fan is durable and has an expected life time of at least 15 years or 45 000 working hours. The product is fitted with maintenance-free bearings. The unit is service-friendly. The kitchen exhaust fans require maintenance once or twice a year. The service doors are easy and convenient to open, and the unit is equipped with a stainless steel polluted water removal drip tray.
You can choose out of the range of 8 models depending on specific needs and will obtain the optimal solution with the use of the fan selection programme. The high protection class of the motor, 50 mm thick insulation, and a wide ambient temperature range (-25 to 60 °C) allow mounting the product in different areas of Europe. Motor rain cover is installed as a standard part and does not need to be ordered separately! The fan is covered with a 2-years warranty from the moment of purchase. The supply of spare parts is ensured for 10 years. The product was tested in Siventa independent laboratory and complies with the requirements of EU regulations. KF T120 EC, like other kitchen fans intended for hot (above 100 °C) air transportation, are not subject to Ecodesign requirements.
